As an HR Business Consultant at VensureHR, I bring a unique perspective to people operations. As a former Arizona ag-tech founder, I experienced firsthand how HR challenges can be a major blindspot for entrepreneurs. This personal experience inspires my approach to working with clients on the people operations side of their business.
Born and raised in Arizona, my journey includes playing D1 football on scholarship at Utah State, teaching yoga, and building several entrepreneurial ventures. This diverse background gives me a holistic understanding of leadership, team dynamics, and the unique challenges faced by growing companies.
